What I am asking is that if as per u NCB doesn't have a case why did court deny bail. Since u don't have n answer I tried to find.

So as per one lawyer's tweet :

Its a bailable offence, he will get bail from High Court. Lower Courts usually dont grant bails in Drugs Cases.

So can't blame NCB for this

COMEDIAN Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa were granted bail by a metropolitan magistrate’s court on Monday. The couple was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) following the alleged seizure of ganja from their house.

they had 86 gms of ganja and admitted consumption too… they were taken into custody on Sunday and were granted bail on Monday…

This ananya panday “news” is it official NCB statement or leaked via “sources”

Are they going to dissect every joke/like cracked in chats?

I post even on this forum all the time “oh I’ll have whatever so and so person is smoking” does that mean I’m asking for drugs?

The international drug mafia nexus they found on Aryans phone was a joke sent to ananaya panday?

They refused to consider Aryan's case as a separate entity .All of them are accused of possession, consumption, sale /purchase and criminal conspiracies . So yeah Aryan is booked for being related to another accused Arbaz .But the charges are same for everyone

Don't think whatsapp chats r considered sufficient evidence as per latest SC judgement..additional evidence needs to be produced to incriminate..law will take its course

Itna bada admi dusra number use kyun nahi kia

Anyway this app thing is common, ipl ke time bhi yahan kafi site hoti hai aur bookie se bet lagti hai , waise hi foreign main nasha gang ka bhi hoga , use for procuring it, why just not get it straight from peddlar.
