None of what you said refutes what NCB admitted IN COURT that there were no drugs in Aryan or on him, that there was nothing in his Whatsapp chats except that "have a blast" post.

And you can see from transcripts the court didn't give any explanation for denying bail.

So based on NCB's own admission IN COURT, UNDER OATH, no evidence. Simply no bail.

Oh, btw, acc to the law Aryan is arrested under, it's guilty under proven innocent, not the other way around. Fun stuff, ain't it?😆 Democracy, indeed!

When it happens to someone you dislike or some group you dislike, mighty entertaining. Eventually, it will get to you. Remember... guilty until proven innocent. *You'll* have to prove you didn't do it... with none of SRK's resources. Enjoy the bargain with the devil.

and if you support any institution who goes after celebs, along with institution, you will also get gaalis, curses and death wishes.

FYI I don't dislike SRK, Aryan or BW..I don't dislike anyone as such and don't find this entertaining at all..Infact I dislike the circus and hype around this case and feel that Aryan's is a bailable offence...if u read my other post..

What I am asking is that if as per u NCB doesn't have a case why did court deny bail. Since u don't have n answer I tried to find.

So as per one lawyer's tweet :

Its a bailable offence, he will get bail from High Court. Lower Courts usually dont grant bails in Drugs Cases.

So can't blame NCB for this
