Imagine, Court sends you to 14 days Judicial custody and you have to spend longer time than 14 days without Judicial intervention because you were trying to get bail

The violation of human rights we have seen in this case with someone as powerful as Aryan, I wonder how people get justice in India if this is the norm?

High court will hear bail plea on October 26 means Aryan will stay longer in jail than the 14 days Judicial custody granted by the court 👏

Yeah, lot of people on twitter are all praise for SRK right now. I hope he can feel all the love and gather all the strength that he needs until this matter is resolved.

Every senior lawyer is saying that bail should be the norm and jail should be an exception...but in Aryan's case its just the opposite...🥱
