As I said yesterday, ASG's tactics worked and today he is well prepared with full reply.
The mobile thing is now cleared. So now WhatApps chat can now be considered even for Bail Application, which most fools think WhatsApp chat cannot be considered as evidence.
His argument regarding retraction, I am not sure. But if it actually works only during trail not for bail then Mr. Desai's some of the arguments regarding incidents might fall flat.
The way how ASG is bringing out all the past verdicts with similar cases can be monumental in this case.
He has already given good replies to yesterday's question raised by Mr. Desai regarding why Section 37, 29 prevails in the current case.
Had the extension being not made yesterday, the case was done and dusted yesterday itself. But today, ASG seems to be in form. After all he is ASG, definitely he too has reputation to save.
Its all upon Judge now. If judge needs time to analyse all the fact, then this will extend to next date which is 5 days later. Also it will depend upon how Desai will reply against all these past verdict points which ASG is making.
As ASG concludes his statements, Judge HAS NOW asked for WhatsApp Chat Statements, original file(s).
There are many people in I-F who thinks WhatsApp chat is not admissible as evidence. I feel PITY UPON those, who don't know single word of LAW and starts advocating Law in I-F.

It doesn't matter whether its small quantity, or marijuana is legal is most most countries.
It always starts with small dose. No one starts directly with cocaine, it starts from cigrette, marijuana, hash and slowly to white powder. As your body starts building inhibitors towards these drugs, you will need more and more stronger drugs.
If marijuana is legal in Amsterdam, then go there and do it.
Why you want to smoke here ?
Also anyone who is belittling the drug amount, its just for social fun then I would ask just one question ?
Would you allow your children (if you have one) or your siblings or even parents TO CONSUME the amount of confiscated drugs ?
If YES, then go and buy for them for this DASHHERA !
If NO, then stop this nonesense sympathy towards anyone who carries drugs be it Aryan or Arbaaz or whole gang.
