Hrithik is known to charge this much for movies that won't really work. Example Mohenjo Daro. This strategy will ruin his popularity whatever is left.

It will be slightly difficult to make this Itihas Katha with 5 parts into one single movie, even if it is 3 hours long. Ideally it should be made in 2-3 parts and released back to back within a month or two months.
