I dont fault him for getting assaulted.

I fault him for making bad decisions that led to him being in a vulnerable position with someone who couldn't be trusted to maintain her boundaries.

Its harsh to hear, but I'll be blunt, someone who makes bad decisions, their bad decisions are still on them. The decisions. If that led to them getting hurt by another person - that hurt is on that other person. That's why I don't consider this victim blaming. I'm not blaming him for getting hurt. I'm finding fault in his decisions that allowed him to be in a vulnerable state around anyone.

Esha was clearly drunk, she just wasn't as drunk as Raghav. Would that absolve her too?

I'm with you 100pc Fria. I blame raghav for his stupid and naive actions but not what Esha did.

Esha if she was positive and actually did sleepy with raghav when sloshed, it would be mutual consent and not assault. Thin slippery slope.
