He went on to talk about how he and GK wanted to hire Kavya thinking her as an asset for the company and all three being their woman army; giving or not giving job to Kavya because of Vanraj is not right. Also he said he has never taken professional decisions based on personal equation. and then telling her to take the decision because she has to face her every day and would be awkward due to their personal equation.
(stupid analogy but ;-) It is like I never eat cold food and it is bad for my health but you are the one who will need to heat it so you decide if you want me to eat cold food or hot food)
