i felt that joke was uncooked. But harmless. And it was with reference to the character Danish from MPTH. Humayun bhi saamne betha tha. mujhe lagta hai that was some old gossips between these guys when ayeza was marrying danish or had an affair because farhan said danish sacha tha and nadeem brought ayeza danish thing to mujhe nai laga that was for character danish infact it was for danish taimoor kyunki nadeem said maine pucha tha ayeza se ki date kar rahe ho shadi ka scene hai ya kuch etc so i feel it was for danish taimoor, though it was harmless and more of felt like farhan took danish side only but what was the exact joke couldnt get through. It was some old joke or gossip in the industry for them i felt.
