Yes its Danish's first LSA.

MPTH was snubbed by LSA last time, since it airs on Geo only Geo shows won...even Humayun was snubbed for MPTH. Thats why this year ARY did not send their nominations.

Stans have to understand that each category has a certain meaning. Popular means a show that got the ratings and the character became a huge deal. Ek mediocre script ke aise TRPs laana baaki koi bhi nominees kar de, iss level ka character hysteria ho, main maan jaau.

Faysal did Fitoor which got the numbers but I am yet to meet a person who liked Haider.

Ye sab log kuch bhi bole, jo craze Sultan ka tha na, and sirf ek character ki wajah se jo TRPs aayi...that award had Danish's name on it.

I am very disappointed with the way the announcers announced his name. Sharam aani chahiye, professionism marr jaata hai kya inka aise mauko pe lol. Don't be bitte,r do your damn job well.

And I say this with total unbiasness because like I said few posts ago, had Danish won for Shah Jahan, I'd be the most disappointed fan because he did not deserve it for that character.

Cuz as a fan even i wouldn't be able to defend him

And for sincere fans like us it wouldn't be nice for us to hear crap then, and then it would be justified if people didn't like it

He gets the same treatment as my favourite 90s composers Anand-Milind. No one writes about them, or their versatility. Yet, they are popular amongst people, without majority of the listeners knowing their name!
