Nobody in court is talking about presence of BJP members during the raid, not even Aryan's lawyer. It says a lot about this case.

I understand, but the murder of ordinary people isn't sadly much of an issue in a country like ours, where people fall like ninepins when it comes to post-poll violence or even during street clashes. People protest, but they are covered up after a few days. Human life is of zero value here. However, the farmer's issue has been burning for the past one year, and the BJP won't get away this time (hopefully). Already Maharashtra has announced a state-wide bandh on Monday. This won't be let go of so easily.

But the Aryan Khan case is different. Firstly, there is a superstar, no, a MEGASTAR's son involved. The publicity and significance of this case is on a whole different level. Secondly, the sheer farcical nature of the proceedings is playing out like a macabre satire right before our eyes. This will and is hitting everyone differently.

Bold: This is weird AF. Maneshinde seems very shifty as well, like he didn't know which court to appeal in and also did not raise any objections to the machinations and diversion tactics of the ASG.
