I do not think any law enforcement agency in the world keeps someone in custody if they have not found anything on them, like in Aryan case no drugs in his system. They are just let go with the warning of not to leave the country, if then need to call them for further enquiry.
The narrative is NCB had raided the ship as they got the tip for drugs on the cruise ship. So they took some on suspicion for using drugs, Aryan should have been released the moment when they found nothing on him, with a warning.
Then of course people who are actually neutral will see there is really something wrong with the way this case is being handled.
