You have very high expectations from BJP. More than Aryan's arrest, the cold blooded murder of farmers has backfired which have video proofs. Still murderers are roaming free, they are very much part of the party and they will not be arrested.

Nobody in court is talking about presence of BJP members during the raid, not even Aryan's lawyer. It says a lot about this case.

As Aryan Khan remains in custody for carrying no drugs on him, but on grounds of suspicion, lower courts will keep pandering to pressures of higher up's till justice is not served by the higher courts of justice, let's hope by the time Aryan Khan is released he's not a broken man as we lie on the brink of a fascist takeover, there are real reasons to be concerned, and we should do whatever we can to raise our voices against such tyranny, take lessons from history and remain on guard as fascists transform their lies into reality, the dangerous thing would be people signing up to fake propaganda and believing in that unreality

I think for that the will have to file a separate case, they might do it once Aryan gets out of jail. It can further complicate matters.

Unlike Rhea's case public isn't entirely against Aryan.

Today I put a status on insta and whatsapp regarding Aryan's arrest . So I received replies like "welcome to Modi's India" " why influential muslims still staying in india. Save ur family SRK" "central agencies are joke" " "feel bad for entire population of India who are encouraging this drama"

Except my elder cousin who is kattar bhakt .He said " NCB must have recovered something but they are trying to save him because he is a star kid 😆"

I do not think any law enforcement agency in the world keeps someone in custody if they have not found anything on them, like in Aryan case no drugs in his system. They are just let go with the warning of not to leave the country, if then need to call them for further enquiry.

The narrative is NCB had raided the ship as they got the tip for drugs on the cruise ship. So they took some on suspicion for using drugs, Aryan should have been released the moment when they found nothing on him, with a warning.

Then of course people who are actually neutral will see there is really something wrong with the way this case is being handled.
