Punishment fine: Rs 20 K or and imprisonment for upto 1 year.

Will easily get Bail

In connection with cruise case NCB conducting raids at residence and office of film producer Imtiyaz Khatri

Yup even I trust ANI. Aaj tak(other news channels) ko bas TRP chaiye..

But there is one more thing I came to know Whatsapp chat cannot be used as evidence.. so ASG case is weak.
