my focus is on walking and diet, workout mein just 10-15 min squats, so abhi do weeks yahi sirf. And i have started to reduce , will be able to tell better by month end in how many kgs , its too early to make a comment but yes i am regular, i have no other option than being regular. π You tell how is it going?
