I'm always in support of Devyanis character, as from being scared of speaking anything and bearing tortue of her own family specially her mother, since so many years, she is strong enough now to speak her mind.. All thanks tk Sai and Pulkit, but what I'm failing to understand is why is dhe talking so much negative while crying in hospital.. I mean I understand her mental health and her attachment to sai, but then to repeatedly saying, what if something happens to sai? I mean I really got fed up in yesterday's episode and really wanted her to just keep quiet.. I liked that shivani bua was consoling her and repeatedly saying her to calm down..

Not to offend any devi tai fans, but I genuinely feel and got irritates by her constant shouting, blaming and speaking negative for almost entire episode

I think her reaction is in keeping with her character. I'm not sure what she is actually intended to be diagnosed with, but it is clear she is mentally challenged. With that, her reactions to any sort of news, happy or sad, are intensified, so you would expect it to hit harder. We have seen during Sai's time in CN that Devi formed the closest bond with her, as Sai was the only one talking to her, playing with her and ultimately listened to her and helped her reunite with Pulkit and Harinee. She is having difficulty processing her emotions, but also the fact that Sai, who is this very important person to her, might die. And she is facing all of this despite having warned Virat over and over that this would happen and why he was being wrong with her.

In all the circumstances, her reactions are, in my view, not only justified but in keeping with the type of reaction I would expect of someone in Devi's position and health condition. I actually wished she had said more, including exactly what PK was trying to do to instigate Virat, but also that she told her she was not part of the family, rather than just she was no longer living there.

Happens with normal people also... A living, hale and hearty person when lands up in the hospital on their death bed, even normal people go berserk at the thought of losing them...Devi is still suffering from PSTD. EVen normal people cry like crazy, go panicky, get uncontrollable.. Have been there.!!! People blame each other, people scream at the person, who might have hurt the one dying, people lose it all.. Its the worst feeling in the world...😭

It was justified, especially when others too were panicking... So, given her mental health, the way she is prone to panic attacks, her attachment with Sai, the fear of losing her and the guilt that she was the one who helped her escape, all that she said was in tune with her character. The main issue is that she is not taken seriously and was sent back without proper thrashing of Pakhi. Pakhi could easily overpower her.
