As I see it right now, Virat=Pakhi.

Pakhi loves Virat. Virat does not love Pakhi.

Virat loves Sai. Sai (says she) does not love Virat.

Pakhi is bitter and angry that Virat doesn't love her. She behaves badly and wants him to be miserable.

Obviously there's no comparison of the scale of hatred. Pakhi is an Olympic gold medalist in a sport Virat is just playing in his gully right now. But he was on the road to becoming her before this accident. For some reason, that has not come out. No one has pointed that out to him. Pulkit needs to speak up. Aai is hopeless.

I liked how you brought up Samrat's responsibility. I agree and I am glad he questioned as a brother. I have few questions which I would like to ask to understand what might be driving each character.

I genuinely would love to get answers for 4 points below (for now). These questions does not mean I discredit anyone's opinion. they are genuinely my questions to understand the characters, in case I am missing anything. So please dont take it personal.

1. Samrat is a nice person. He likes Sai too. But will he not be biased in judging Virat, because he is in the same boat as Sai? He cant look at Virat objectively. can he? Only whatever little he has seen of Virat and Sai he will base his judgement on him. Besides, he is the one who noticed VIrat's love for Sai as soon as he returned CN till cafe incident.

2. Virat has no introspection, that is sad. But if he 'believes' Sai doesnt love him, just cares for him then what he should do? what options he will have other than to leave her? Will any man or woman who have fallen in love with the other person maintain a platonic relationship staying close? Will they not be miserable? So if Virat wants to move away from her to give her peace and also to stay in peace, why is it his selfishness?

3. He did, for few days showed his displeasure from his anniversary hurt. He did behave selfishly. I was also disappointed that he forgot his basic duties towards Sai. But why cant we just see it as his helplessness to deal with his heartbreak? Any human being will go through it. Judging his love for these things is not fair.

4. He DOESNT draw a line with Pakhi. I agree. I am pissed off too, he should learn to shoo her off. But if he doesnt even think Sai should get effected (Yes he is dumb, and stupid and all because he thinks he is clear enough on his status with pakhi), what should he do? Someone has to guide him, or he should realize it. May be till now, he did not realize due to his stupidity. If a person doesnt know he is committing a mistake, then how will he correct it? If he doesnt realize soon, he will lose Sai. But is his realization tied to the purity of love he has for Sai?

In short, I am able to understand there is no respect for Sai in this relationship because he will let others walk on her, eventhough there are ample instances he stood by her. But will this one 'not able to shut pakhi in front of her' discredit his love? Their marriage might not work because of this because Sai is a girl with self respect, but doubting his love on this one aspect is unfair is what I believe.

I am just trying to say love and respect are 2 different things. Here, he is failing in respect only in one aspect. Also, lack of understanding which is compounded due to insecurities might cause people to discredit the others and cross the line. But based on this, is it correct to devaluing the genuine feelings?

I am tagging only 3 here, because I am sad that I am on the other side of opinion from these friends of mine :)

Virat uses Pakhi's shoulder to fire Sai with all the insult and gangs up with no reprimanding shown to P from his side when its his need. Pakhi also does the same vice versa. Jab matlab nikal gaya, he gives soft warnings to P...not strong enough to put an end to her crap for good.

Dono hi self absorbed hai, both think without them the other wont breathe a second in this world. V thinks he is Sai's lifeline, as he has taken her responsibility and his vaada to kj.

In such situation too, he wants sai to survive coz he doesnt want to go on guilt trip if she doesn't..what a sadist, self absorbed man.

Chatted with the woman who hates his wife, who calls her Shani of her life...about how Sai fails to understand his pure feelings...How Sai has always misunderstood him and yet he is so mahaan that he wants Sai to 'survive', though she should see how it feels to be all alone.. Thats established..

Ok I think we differ drastically on V-P dynamics. 😃 I understand where you are coming from. I too loathe Virat's muteness and unwanted kindness shown to her, especially because Sai is getting effected too much. But the same Virat did stood by Sai during entire birthday episode, he completely lost it on Pakhi. (Dont say it is because his birthday plans will get spoiled) He was worried Pakhi is taking it on Sai physically. On the very night, he shut pakhi up, independent of how Sai responded to him. Yes I agree, the instances are less, and only when they aggravate too much. But what I want you to look at is his responses to her privately. He was always curt in his reponses. Yes he falls back to behaving like normal with her in front of people. Which is very annoying. He becomes too chivalrous to save her honor. Which is not needed. May be Sai is getting confused with this same behavior. What I am saying is, he is making this mistake but it is forced response towards her, not natural one. Natural one is when they are alone. He loathes her. He has no respect for her. He is just bearing her.

The ganging up with Pakhi to insult Sai is not deliberate too. In the sense he is not wantedly siding with Pakhi, knowing that Sai will hurt. When Pakhi uses reverse psychology in front of them saying sai is not understanding him, he agrees to that truth!.

Can Pakhi dare to call his love as brotherly love in front of them, NO..who knows he would slap her. She will never utter any words in front of them that really puts off Virat or she gets exposed. It is pakhi's manipulativeness that forces him to react to her in a favorable way in front of Sai. HE IS AS MUCH VICTIM TO PAKHI AS SAI. He just could not read her.

I would like to disagree here and wait for the moment he flips. He already flipped, just that he is not showing openly.

Thanks for your patient replies. I agree to all the points about his behavior expect this. Please think in this way and see if it makes sense
