Even if Adhithya knows from beginning Malini is emotionally week he never been stopped from moving out of her clutches.

But now again some how he is in a road which he doesn’t want.

Even in court in T house etc he loudly & clearly declared imlie will be wife … never ever been Malini. & Earlier 7yrs relationship burden was on him but now the child .

So I can’t agree to whether he is afraid of psycho lady & obey her … he just again trapped in a situation like a child.

He is becoming Dev 2.0 from an emotional entanglement mess. He is unconsciously wanting to be blackmailed and is succumbing to the situation.

There is no saving the show , unless truth reveal is out. Frankly Didi getting free pass and being delicate darling is irritating to the core ,even the token date scene is not going to help. The overall script of the show has taken a downhill. Don’t know how they will improvise the show. Past few weeks everything is rinse and repeat .

Well that’s just it, we want him to be the strong and selfish Adi he was to Imlie but the sad truth and hard truth is that he was never like that with Malini, but for when he was pushed to yell at Malini because Imlie was insulted. That was the only trigger for him to get angry with Malini.

All other times, he again became weak in standing up to her and her mom. (Scene from M and Adi’s argument - you faint, you will stop eating food, your health will take a toll or your mother will come taunt). It’s those same things that are repeating again.

We are still stuck with Adi in the web of blackmail. It’s a facade that we saw him as an emotionally strong person but no. He hasn’t and will not be, unless there is a trigger point.
