There is a difference, Anuj is not solely doing some business with Vanraj. At this point he is hiring him as an employee. Small company or big company- doesn't matter. If the employers know that one have such a trash personality there is no job.

There has been many instances of getting fired for writing racist/abusive - like wise comments online from personal account. Companies care a big deal about their reputation.

If it is piss Vanraj off then it is fine, otherwise it would be hard to digest such creative liberty!

i expect the letter would be sent from his HR or legal team or the business group that he sent the VanYa proposal to. It would make sense that they would send out an appointment letter or project approval since Anuj had asked them to review. But Vanraj ki ego ke liye tho Anuj ka personal invitation chahiye hoga..
