Though Shiva wanted the divorce and the proceedings/hearing to move fast, he is not doing it wholeheartedly, doing it only for Raavi and her happiness. Whatever Raavi said to Mami during the separation ,"uski hona chahthi thi. usse apna banna chahthi thi", is she says this to Shiva, that's it , he will move mountains to stop the divorce and get back together ASAP. He misses her, cares for her and is always looking out for her❤️
