When have I denied anyone for that?

In all my post, I have used, acc to me. I said, I am not gonna do that.

If you feel, informed criticism is due, sure why not.

For me, risking life and fighting drug trafficking is of more than leaking half baked information to media. Every department have fame hungry people. And also, sometimes, media can lure employees to leak stuff by giving money. Some people give in. We all have corrupt people around us.

I am not saying that all NCB officers are dudh ka dhula. No way. But you and I take our picks. That’s all.

I saw some documents on Twitter. It had his phone number, are these documents in public domain?

Ndps is super hard act. Very very very few judges would give bail on first hearing if the ncb asks for custody.

The question is more of why is ncb asking for custody when they have nothing on him till now. The only thing i can think of is that they want to drag this for limelight or srk pissed off someone in power.

I seriously doubt ki kuch bho hone wala hai iss case mein.. But i could be wrong. I'll be super surprised if they find anything else

In Aryan's case even their imagination were shared with media. First they claimed that he consumed drugs, then republic Channel reported that he crumbled during interrogation and confessed that he has been an addict since last 4 years. I mean how did media get all these news?

NCB raid happened, they took 8 people for questioning, then narrowed down to three who were presented today in court for remand.

according to NCBs own admission aryan khan wasn’t in possession of any drugs nor was he using.

That arbaz kid and that girl had 3 and 5 grams of weed on them.

They still wanted to hold aryan to question him about the alleged drug links… which is odd since he wasn’t in possession of any…

According to his lawyer his mobile has also been checked and nothing found there linking him to the cruise bust.

But somehow he’s still being held till 7th and the hyenas here think it’s just ncb doing their job… I hope the people agreeing to this injustice will be ok if they ever have to be dragged to jail just to be interrogated about a crime they didn’t commit

I'm a lawyer so by profession i think I'm more critical of investigating agencies than other people.

As far as srk goes, i will not rule out political agenda but it is not one political party, whole of indian political scenario is filled with people with no moral compass. Media also makes shit claims, look at the headline of the IF article. There is dearth of responsible journalism.

IF article has no news and worst grammar mistakes. Most of the time, news don’t even make sense.
