@bold - genuinely curious to know how this works. NCB guys were allegedly undercover. Now in their professional capacity, should they physically wait for an individual to consume an illegal and potentially harmful drug to be like “ah ha! Gotcha sucker”, or do a preliminary arrest based on intel?

I mean for a terrorist, you don’t wait for them to kill 100’s when you find out they’re a potential threat right?

But Aryan is presented as main accused😆. With no drugs on him or in him. Code language? The NCB has the phone. I'm sure they don't need Aryan to decrypt it.😆 the excuses people are making for this kangaroo proceeding!

There is chat logs about him consuming drugs in other countries. He has even been pictured with a bong in Cabo (where weed is legal). NCB is alleging that he “might” be an international drug trafficker, while Aryan’s lawyer has refused that he has been involved in any international drug “trafficking”. From the court transcript, it can be inferred that Aryan has certainly consumed drugs overseas, but consuming drugs in another country, is not a crime in India.

1) he had nothing on him to imagine he was about to consume.

2. You seriously equating saving 100s of lives with one dude who you think might be about to smoke weed (which is what the friend had? Talk about trying to falsely equate!

3. When there is no imminent threat to life, international standards say you can't simply arrest someone because you think he looks wrong. There is this thing called civil rights.
