Though I wont reveal the college name, but in my friend's college, there is a specific wing in boys hostel where you can find forever high seniors. There is supply of drugs and alcohol at every party in her college whether it be the college fest night or dandiya party. She herself has witnessed high seniors dancing like loonies.

Though I don't know what type of thing they use . but it is easily supplied and no checking happen on these things.

So yes this drug thing is more common in our society more than we know or want to think about
