If Bapuji truly cared for Anu he would have let her live respectfully separately. It's not that her kids are small, they are all grown up mature.

He can dote on her all he wants, but he needs to understand that her living under the same roof with ex is ridiculous beyond words!

I agree with u both , I don't understand why babuji want anu stay with them , he can still give her share of d house , why he don't understand thou Anu dont show or say anything but still somewhere Vanya will hurt her , how will see able to move forward if she keep sticking with past . Not only Anu even it's a problem for kavya who will keep being bitter by see Vanraj obsession for anu.

Vanraj has always said hurtful things to Anupama and today it was payback time and when all his other ploys failed he taunted her about her character.

The measured way she responded to him was symbolic of the change she has undergone. Earlier she would run behind him saying sorry then she'd shed copious tears in her pallu, more recently she would answer back to bring a smirk on his face as he evoked th e response he desired and she would cry in her room.

When Vanya showed up at the beach she was embarrassed that a good soul like Anuj should be dragged in the mud slinging when Vanraj hoped he could provoke her again, Anupama nonchalantly responded which was not the ontended outcome in Vanrajs game plan.

Anupama has become assertive and doesn't mince her words. The scene was wonderfully enacted.

Yeah and she should take kinjaal with her... Then we will see how baa and others will manage

I must say Anu is getting bold in Anuj's company😆wo 26 years se USA mein hi tha to Anu pe kchalo kuch effect hua. I also hate this Indian mentality. A man can remarry but a woman cant what logic is this😡and that too after divorce She is single legally.

I love when Anu said abhi filhaal kuch nahi hai par hota bhi to aapko kya, jo aap soch rahe hai wo hota to aapko kya. mere aur Anuj ke beech dosti se jyada kuch aur hota to aapko kya WOW👏

Beautifully performed by Rupali and Sudhanshu both in that scene.

Anuj is such a great guy, he really deeply and unconditionally cares for Anupama..My heart skips a beat, everytime he internally thinks about Anupama and the loving looks he gives! Anu-Anuj deserve a wonderful, happy and peaceful life ahead, but like Devika very rightly said - that these two are so bhola and Vanya are equally wicked and chant!.

@bold: THIS!!! this is the gist of Anu's life post divorce and before Anuj. For Vanraj the divorce didn't change anything. The status quo remained the same. Anupama was still serving his parents, his kids, his house like an unpaid unappreciated slave and on top of that he gets to sleep and show of his modern new wife. It was a dream come true for Vanraj, the ideal situation for him. Theple banane wali kitchen me, MBA wali room me but now that status would is changing so he is getting restless. He is seeing his slave getting wings so he just wants to clip them down

It was definitely a step up for Anu to answer Vanraj back what he deserves. She didn't let go of any single accusation and answered back.

Many pointed out truly that from divorce onwards, if anything Vanraj was living his ideal life. He didn't love Anu as wife but he loved Slave Anu who would take care of his family including his and Kavya's meal. Isn't that just ridiculous.

And point we are missing is, ever since divorce, Anu is probably handling most of the finance as well. No one is working apart from her till cafe happened.

Her taking up personal loan for her dance academy and Vanraj's cafe was ridiculous too. Why like why she needs to get a personal loan for that?

Where would Shah and Vanraj find a slave like Anu. Of course he doesn't want anything to change.

Right now they are behaving this terrible just from a thought of a possibility of her leaving. We just have to imagine the drama - when even thought comes to her mind.

Till she is in the house, she will always have the sackles on. Hopefully after this hyped up Maha episode we see her PERMANENTLY leaving the madhouse. If not it will be back to square one and the same repeating drama over and over again.

Hey i am sorry i just have a super packed schedule soo havent been able to participate in the discussions much the last few days but are you perhaps referring to the lima syndrome but that cannot be the case with vanraj since he hasnt developed any sense of sympathy for anupama.

If i didnt knew better i would have said that the makers searched narcissistic personality disorder on google and gave ALL the character traits of it to vanraj.
