I remember YRKKH started way back in 2007 or 2008. I finished my med school, did my house job and now done with my residency as well and still this show is running.

I was in school when the show started, used to watch the repeat in the evening after coming back from school... Its around 4k epis now ,looks like Rajan shahi will keep dragging it till it reaches 5k epis .
