Movies like Article 15 still flop 😆

Have you ever seen the sh!t that's on ITV?

I think, mostly the "Netflix" crowd may steer towards content oriented stuff but it has only 5 million subscribers here.

I was going with the newer crop of actors.

Ayushmann’s first movie was in 2012, just 1.5 years after Ranveer’s.

Nawazuddin’s debut was in 1999 though it was just a minor role still much much before Ranbir’s. His significant role was in Peepli Live which came in 2012.

Right now- except Ranbir and Ranveer no one else, least of all the ones you mentioned, stands any chance of enjoying any kind of superstardom.

Great 👍 But it’s not about the year of their first movie. More like the new age popularity such actors are enjoying now. They have become relevant only in recent years.

Rajkumar Rao. He is love ❤️

Pankaj Tripati is such a fine actor with great on screen personality. Reminds me of Amrish Puri.

"deserves" ??? Aamir, Salman, SRK, Amitji and Rajinikanth got their exceptional stardom. And why did the get it?

Will there really happen this kind of stardom in future? I doubt.

Isn't it already interesting that there are three 56-year-old ones and two septuagenarians, who are cited here to be superstars or megastars?!

I would rather see actresses on this list such as Rani, Preity, and Aishwarya.

Yeah well not all such films perform good.It depends on personal taste too. For example I find these movies too dark for my liking. I am not saying that people only go for content and not for their favourite stars, but I think this culture is slowly fading, at the end of the day a movie does good because people find it somewhat entertaining, whatever the reasons. And in the past also a lot of films have performed poorly because of trashy stories, even if they had all the big names and all that stuff, so yeah story/content does play a big role. Oh tell me about it, ITV is pure garbage, but I think most of the shows are directed at a different set of audience, and TRP aunties love watching all that trash 😆

None of these. They may be good actors but they never had charisma to get superstardom like Khans, Bachchan Khanna etc.

Vikrant specifically ruined his career playing hero ka dost and sidekick in so many initial films and TV serials. He will end up like Vinod Mehra of modern era - baap of supporting roles.

Nawaz can only take place of Om Puri or maybe Naseer. He cannot be a superstar.

Kartik never deserved to be in films at all. God knows how that bad actor got any film at all.

The only one after the Khans who has megastardom is Hriithik.

I think he's the last superstar.
