Same applies to you…
You quoted me. I had quoted someone else

As a guy, I’m offended, WTF. I’ll take care of my girl’s family like my own. I’ll bow out now 😂
You are offended because you seem to be totally oblivious of some home truths. You wanting to take care of your girl’s family is still taken as some kind of a favor you would be doing to them Vs your wife having to take care of your family being her duty! You would be called as an exceptional son-in-law and husband but for your wife it’s just another thing on her list of duties. If you ever don’t want to do it anymore, no one will even bat an eyelid while the same cannot be said about your wife. There will be another The Minion somewhere who would be worried about the ‘rising trend of the wives not wanting to take care of the in-laws’. This is 2021 and the last I checked, which was yesterday😂, such is the situation.
I was literally debating. You obviously can't since you got called out for victimizing men and didn't know how to reply to that. In that case, you could have just stayed quiet instead of quoting over and over when you had absolutely nothing to say.
Moaning about evil wives not wanting to take care of their in-laws and not letting them call their parents... omg those cases are on the rise apparently. Boohoo. What a joke. 😆

Not really. I would do that happily not as a favor. And I don’t expext my wife to do that as her duty. I expect my family also to take care of her like their own daughter. And there are many guys now who think like this. Just like girls are changing, guys are changing too.
Please don’t speak about me when you don’t even know me.

I can debate, but won’t with you. That’s my choice.

That's the kind of thinking the society needs. The husband should take care of his parents and his in laws and the wife of her parents and in laws. Both should share the responsibly equally and not as a duty or favour. Same for the boy and girl's families too. Nice to know your POV.

I was obviously not speaking about ‘you’ per se. You could be an absolute exception to the rule. But the society around you is the same as the society around every other person and that society is going to call you an exceptional son-in-law/husband but won’t say anything if you don’t want to take care of your in-laws. There won’t be a The Minion somewhere making posts worrying about the ‘rising trends of the guys not wanting to take care of the in-laws’.
