Good thing SRK was a romantic hero, actually THE romantic hero, "king of romance". So he benefited most from his romantic songs that people still sing. SRK is also a really humble, sweet guy who says nice things about everyone. Didn't you see Secret life of washed up Bollywood wives? I am sure if he was taken to a Kailash Khair event and asked to give his input he would've said Kailash Khair is the reason I made it in this industry, he gave me a new voice. By the time Sonu got his big SRK song (which is an ugly song by the way, I will never understand how this was popular. Even sim sim pola was better than yeh dil) SRK was already the romantic hero and the star we know him as. If you named the movies that made him who he is, chances are you will find like 2-3 songs in there sung by Sonu and the rest are all Abhijeet and Udit.

And bolne me kya hai dude? Even Sonu said Arijit is a much better singer than him and Armaan Malik is at the same level.

Oh man! I hate Abhijeet but love this song. Sonu would've ruined this song for me. That guy shows "too much" passion sometimes and it is a little unsettling. I always feel the need to say calm down to Sonu in his passionate highs in songs.

the fact of matter is SRK never subject himself to romance only, else all his songs could have been sung by likes of romantic singers only ,,,, SRK became monotonous with romance although he had much more to him then being a romantic actor,,,,Abhijeet.Udit being one zoner singers were good for normal simple songs which anyone could sing easily but can u expect them to sing a song from rabne "phir melenge chalte chalte where srk changed his style for 5 times and sonu changed his voice 5 time in one song , or aggresive satrange re and chiaya chaiya no their voices were not made for those songs ,, hence for romance anyone can pull it off in a song but there are few singers who actually can sing with intense passionate expressions , sonu shwinder singh fall in that category

I was wondering which lesser known singer sang phir milenge chalte chlate since that is one of the least popular SRK songs. I couldn't remember what movie it is from 😆. I am glad the better songs from the movie, the ones people actually loved and still care about went to Roop Kumar Rathod and Sukhwinder.

Good thing great singers like Sukwinder Singh and Roop Kumar Rathod were there whenever SRK needed a different type of flavor in his music and gave us some of his most iconic songs.

SRK care for that song isn't that enough 😉its the song to which srk said that i am lucky to have this kind of song in my carrer by paying tribute to the earlier legends and in last 30 years no one came who could justify the song as sonu did likes of abhijeet/udit being ONE ZONER dont have such difficult songs in their career what they had sung are simple humble songs

Awww that's sweet. I am glad SRK cared for the song. It was honestly a cool concept but the song was a dud. Not sure why Sonu would get any credit for the concept of paying tribute to the singers, I am sure if Atif Aslam sang it the concept of paying tribute would have still remained and SRK would've said the same thing. But still, I am glad at the end of the day you can take solace in the fact that SRK showed some love to the song since others didn't. In reality Sukhwinder got all the nomination and some awards too I think for Haule Haule. And till this day Tujh mein remains one of the best SRK songs.

Just watch Phir Milenge 562,247,607 more times Arsalan and you will match Tujh Mein's number. I got a busy day ahead. Have fun bashing artists for Sonu's sake, which at the end only gets Sonu bashed. Seems like something true fans are interested in.

Food for thought Arsalan, but you do realise that you can compliment and love your favourites without having to bash or put down others? Yet, you open posts having fight mode activated, huffing and puffing without any prompt or trigger. Nobody here is even hating on Sonu for you to run to his defence and make a topic fighting for his rights.

If you’re confident in Sonu’s singing expertise than you wouldn’t feel the need to compare him with other singers and insult them. It’s almost like you’re trying to convince yourself that Sonu is the best.

lol youtube views can not define the quality of song , in this song sonu nigam had change his style of singing 5 times in one song ,,, which others can not do , neither udit nor abhijeet ,,,,

forget atif aslam , if not sonu none could have sung it because sonu is the only singer who knows the art which rafi kishore brought in them , abhijeet/udit can not sing o duniya ke rakhwale their singing is not compatible with 60's toughest era of music , anyone who is upto rafi level had to do this song which undoubtly sonu is out of any 90's singer sonu is the only singer who can sing classical with ease and other genres like rafi did
