DOmestic violence is not limited to being confused traumatized...being in love is the biggest issue as far as Domestic abuse is concerned and what I hve seen around me...

So true, but the thing is no matter how many people around them spell it out or call it out the realisation doesn't sink in till it hits the person being abused. Love is a very hopeful feeling in such contexts and sometimes the biggest factor as a hold up to come out of such scenarios!

Somewhere as a person being from medical background she's started to get aware about her own thoughts, emotions and mental health which is why she's taking this step to move out before she takes a major hit with very strong anxiety/depression episodes I feel.

It is really sad that something as unique as this will not be addressed in this show as a good track! Maybe they don't want their FL to be openly addressed strongly with such state of mind.

After being abused by him, you care if he loves another woman? If he didn’t have a pakhi in his life, she wouldn’t have cared at all, is it?

They have always used Pakhi to deflect attention from the important topics, be it Ajinkya scenario or this locking in the room thing, they were all done by Virat, you remove and add some other character in place of Pakhi and nothing changes

Why Sai doesn’t see anything wrong with Virat?

This is why I started addressing her as FL, The Sai, I liked is not there anymore

R u sure domestic violence or abuse ka copyright sirf women ke pass hota hai.

Even men suffered domestic violence & various abuse , ab to ye cases bhi bahar aane laage hai

I req kindly check d way sai had been treated virat from day one come under various abuse , verbal , emotional , mental , physiological abuse except physical , she herself has Gaslighting behaviour . Sai had problem with pakhi's name before virat proposed marriage.

If she had so much problem with virat's past why d hell she can't divorce him , yaha to annulment ki need hai , he is characterless & two timer kindly divorce him & move on. Why she is favouring virat .

Plz cross check it

That’s why I said, we are conditioned to think in this manner.

This show has a story which tells us how women have to work hard to change their abusive husbands, be it Ashwini or Sai, they work hard and will end up changing their husbands, the show is giving us exactly opposite of what we expect from a domestic violence track

In this case its even more dangerous...Because there is no man in her life...no family....and she is with this man , in his good phase and worst since she stepped into adulthood...Many women who have no experience of a good relationship in the past, or no relationship at all get stuck in this web of love... Domestic abuse in the name of love is the most common situation I see in metro cities.. I cant take names..but honestly I have seen a lot...

The moment they address this, there is no Virat Chavan in picture...He has to end...And hence they are not treading that way...Anyway the promo always suggested its his story, his love story with a woman and his marriage of compromise...

Men go through this as well, there’s no denial here but the topic is about Sai. My only request is to keep real life abuse away from the show because what they go through is unimaginable

Mein aapko serial ki baat baatayi , sai herself is abuser & has abused virat in various forms . I m also talking about sai only .

Abuse sirf physical nahi hota hai . Yes virat is no doubt wrong in locking sai but she herself is not right .

I will be very happy if u prove me wrong that sai herself don't carry an abusive behaviour & she had never abused virat in any form .

Sadly he would continue to show his emotional infidelity but Sai will finally leave after she has one baby.. This man doesn't even deserved to be call the father of her child..

It's Sai herself failed to addressing the issue that she is being abused by her husband.. It doesn't matter who Virat loves..He has no right to treat any woman like this..

Honestly I am missing the old SAI BAI..

I still have bad memories of maata kumaata dialogues. Part of Sai Joshi died that day. I don’t think she would have ever allowed absolute criminals to get away with what they did.

Always said, it feels like this show is about a brash, impulsive girl whose spirit and freedom are brought “into line” by ‘dil ke achche bade’ and the man she ‘loves’ and who ‘loves’ her. This doesn’t feel like our Sai. She might say something on the surface, but her intentions are good and her heart is pure always. This Sai seems subdued and defeated.

However, if they do show a proper and well done clinical depression track, and actually address how much abuse she has actually gone through, I am up for it. It would be a fabulous message for a prime time show at #2.

Just see the difference & contrast when she referred to herself as Sai Virat Chavan and Sai Joshi. In the former she looked so weak, broken as if that identify & her being his wife he's crushing Sai's spirit whereas she looks feisty when She called herself Sai Joshi, that pride, that confidence. Also, Sai appears submissive unlike Imon. Sai definitely was THAT strong female lead until when she refused to come back to him from GC but they messes up a beautiful character like her because of copy & pasting and tonning down her fierceness, turned her into a half doormat. Yes, I still do have my sympathy for her but she's no longer stan-worthy for me.
