Bauranta doesn't seem to be for me but I can't be sure. It may be regional to Bundelkhand (where Sanju is from). Maybe it's a derivative of the word/phrase "Baura jaana" which translates to going crazy.

Boranta is probably Haryanvi slang. Sanju speaks Haryanvi na? It's like bawli /bawla as in crazy

Sanju doesn't speak Haryanvi, that's for sure. You can check Kaatelal and Sons episodes to spot the difference. That show was set in Haryana.

Bundeli bolti hai wo, Bundelkhandi dialect, all of these seem very similar but they're not.😳
