Even I feel the same.. Practically speaking even I don't mind the prenup agreement.. And what Nandini and Shubam are trying to say makes sense to an extent..

But actually mein toh pre-nup is a way of protecting your assets. So the spouse who wants the divorce will only get an alimony that will be considered just.

I haven't seen the episode yet. Usually prenup is used to safe guard your assets and if it is made so to be fair to both partners, there is no problem with that.
