Here Is The Update For 24th April, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
Episode starts of with Vidya in captivity. All of a sudden her captor lets her free and disappears into the night. Just as quietly as he had come and captured Vidya.
Vidya feeling the pain in her neck is met by Gunny who asks about her well being, which Vidya on the impulse is about to tell him about her ordeal. But stops herself from doing so on second thoughts, that is, she recollects the threat of the masked man, that if she dared to reveal about him and her ordeal, she would be finished, just like Vamsh.
So on repeated enquiries from Gunny she is silent on her ordeal and nods her head and says that she is fine.
She moves forward leaving behind a pensive Gunny.
Suriji is in front of the fire and cooking when Peter comes over and asks if the food is ready and Suriji gives him a slap and Markhand joins them with some edible leaves and Suriji is happy but Peter and Markhand have a fight, and Suriji plays the peace maker and reluctantly Markand and Peter hug each other.
Later Suriji using the leaves is stirring the cooking item, and Peter and Markhand get into an argument, Markhand says that his Dad's one of the many principles is when somebody provokes once or twice is to forgive and when some one does it often teach him a thing or two and that person is sinner. Suriji again explains the niceties of life. But Markhand under his breath says one is misunderstood when he or she is silent.
Major Vaibhavi and the two Captains asses the hillock in front of them at a distance and plan the best suitable route.
Abhimanyu is of the opinion that around the hillock is the best, though is circuitous and longer, it is easier and swifter.
Gunny differs to say that climbing the hill and going over is better option as they are short of food and hill is endowed with edible things. And since this test of endurance, skills and coming on tops this should stand in good stead.
Back and forth the arguments continue and the Major says that she has heard about professional jealousy and now she has seen it. She asked for a suggestion, now she would herself take a decision, this is the gist of what Major Vaibhavi responded with.
She leaves the two Captains.
It is apparent that the two captains had an ace up their sleeve and got what they needed.
Later the Major splits the unit into two with the help of draw of lots, team A and B, with the Captains leading the each team.
Abhimanyu has Rummy, Purvi, Sameera, Akrithi and Raghu is assigned to this group.
Gunny has Vidya, Markhand and Peter, and Raghu's partner is assigned to this group.
Doc Shalini and Suriji are asked to break from the trek and go back to the training center. Suriji has doubts and Major is clear in her decision since this is a test and a drill that the cadets have to endure and learn to adjust to war situations. Also since food ration is almost over there is no need for Suriji to continue.
And Major Vaibhavisays she would join Gunny team not because she supports his theory of the route and lend support but since it has one member less.
Sameera is picking the pegs of the tents when Rummy joins her, and says that he agrees with her and for once without the help of the cards he is in her team. But Sameera is still mad at him and says she is here to complete her task and not interested in him and her focus is only to complete the task.
She leaves an undying spirited Rummy who says to no one that she is his only focus.
Rummy gets up to go else where but his path is blocked by Purvi. She says without any help from any cards she is in his team and close to him. Some how Rummy sidesteps Purvi and leaves without a word.
Raghu's partner is worried that he might be caught but Raghu nothing of that sort would happen, just that he should be careful of doing the things right.
Partner removes the peg and Raghu get caught under the Falling Tent.
Abhimanyu and Gunny face each other and Abhimanyu wishes luck to Gunny and says that their friendship will be in good stead and strong as ever. Smilingly they both clasp their hands in some sort of signification of solidarity to their friendship.
Drill exercise continues and they split at one point.
This procedure continues for a certain time.
At some point Abhimanyu sets up the camp for the night and rest. Assigns jobs to every one and Akrithi, Abhimanyu and Raghu take up the best part of the responsibility, The Food Part.
Rummy has to get water, Sameera has the job of setting fire alight, without matches, Purvi has the job of setting up the Tent.
Rummy is lugging the water container and Purvi is setting up the tent. Purvi seeks Rummy's help. Rummy unpleasantly says he has no time to help her and he himself has to complete his job of getting the water.
Somewhere Sameera is trying to light up fire using dry twigs but unsuccessful. Rummy catches up with her. But Sameera wants him to leave her alone and not to trouble her.
Rummy tells Sameera that he would help her out with her fire lighting job as he has the knowledge to do so. And asks her to relax some where else. Sameera leaves.
Rummy himself does not know how to do or light up a fire without a match. Sees Purvi at a distance and a plan forms in his mind.
Gunny and Vidya ; Gunny hands back Vidya's Letter.
Gunny asks Vidya if she is alright and Vidya nods her head to suggest that she is fine, and Gunny further says, something is wrong as Vidya is responding with monosyllables. And if some thing is bothering Vidya, then Gunny will listen to her. Then once more Vidya has the recollections in flashback and says that she is fine.
After Gunny moves forward, Vidya thinks out aloud. That Vidya is not scared of The Threat But The Battle Is Her Own and She Must Fight It Out Alone.
Later Gunny's team set up camp for the night.
Vidya has to get the fire wood or crutches or something. She is handed an axe by Gunny, Markhand and Peter are to be her helpers.
As the trio go, Markand asks the lagging behind Vidya if she could not keep pace with them, then she could relax and come at a leisurely pace. Markhand and Peter move forward, faster.
Out of the blue the monkey capped and masked man recaptures Vidya.
Episodes ends on Vidya having the recollection torturing of Vamsh in Flashbacks.
