Prenap is fine , It shows that girl is not in to the marriage for money but there should be a clause telling if children are born out of the marriage both parents must support the children.

Ram before & after marriage is different the step family seem to be worry abt their future as its mandatory that husband-wife are equal partners after marriage and Priya is going to be the only real family member in Ram's life. In case by any reason PriRa marriage fails Priya as a wife has rights on Ram's property if they have kids in future its Priya & their kids has the rights on Ram's wealth & alimony is her rights

Here they are not worried abt Ram they are more worried abt Ram's wealth everything belongs to Ram & they are just his step family whose responsibility Ram's father hand over too him,its Priya who is going to be his only real familly. They got threaten & worried

Little do they know that Priya is not a free loader like them living off Ram's wealth & treats him like a outsider.
