Ok today’s episode was a little confusing for me regarding Raghav’s whole morals and ethics situation.

Not sure how to explain but like he didnt care to deceive pallavi about his business as he didnt care about morals and ethics etc since he has been thru a lot and built up the business from the ground up so he wanted to keep it going regardless of whether pallavi agrees or disagrees.

Then he felt bad about abhishek dying and said he didnt care about the diamonds and to make sure that abhisheks family was compensated.

So he is at two different ends here. His work which is based solely on evading customs and bribing officers, caused someone to die. So doesnt it connect to him eventually?

It does!!! Abishek worked for him and that too illegally…if Raghav didn’t realize the risk attached to his unethical ways then he is responsible for his callousness and if he did and still he indulged in it then he is accountable for the outcome…either way he is responsible…

but more than Raghav I am annoyed with the ACP lady, how on earth did she shoot at Abishek…it’s not like he was having a weapon or trying to hurt anyone…you don’t shoot at anyone who is unarmed and poses no threat. The lady should be suspended ASAP…

Hey girl, here I am . Just watched the episode. Have some things to say as well. First off some observations1) who eats idli with a spoon as is and without a chutney or sambar mixed with it. My brain got fried . We literally bathe the idlis in chutney or sambar and gobble it.😆 Sorry , but I found it too funny and that to a spoon when we eat it like one would eat rice. 🤣2) I found a little hope that keerthi is starting to see what a jackass that sunny is . Cause she didn’t find it funny that he was making fun of their family moments calling it a serial and so on. There’s light through the cracks. And when Amma was reminiscing her personal loss and tragedy keerthi was clearly affected as well. Sunny’s looks like he’s out for vengeance now. He’s surely going to create a lot of havoc all to get RR mansion rename as SA mansion?

I found it refreshing for a male lead to stand his ground and say he’s worked hard for the money he’s earned and he will not give it up. We all know Raghav’s tragic past and the scars which still keeps festering despite Amma absolving him of culpability in his father’s and brother’s deaths. That’s why money is so important for him and he thinks no one can harm his loved ones if he has enough of it. And I loved how concerned Raghav was that he’d lost abhishek. He didn’t care one whit about the diamonds so it’s proved once again that he takes care of his own, and he does have ethics. It’s surely going to hit him bad regarding abhishek’s death and I’m sure Raghav knows no compensation is enough for the loss of a young life. He said so too.

Pallavi is in shock now after witnessing the encounter. That encounter was laughable . Who hits the target on the shoulder? And he dies? I don’t know much about gunshot wounds but death with a gunshot on the back does seem farfetched unless he bled out before the ambulance could come. 🤷🏻‍♀️All to create drama and strife in the leads’ lives.
Now coming to the biggest question as to how this will affect their lives and their love? Both are at opposite ends of the spectrum, and one is always white and the other straddles the line between black and white. Unless they can come to a compromise with a grey this relationship will be lopsided and one will forever be willing to compromise while the other will keep lording it over the other. If Raghav gives up his illegal activities and becomes white and good will everyone be happy then? Pallavi will surely, maybe Amma too as her son will be safe but will Raghav be the same Raghav ? Doesn’t he deserve an individuality of his own? Why should he always be Pallavi’s Raghav? Why can’t Pallavi be Raghav’s Pallavi? The difference is Raghav Rao himself who gives every one of his loved ones the freedom to be whoever they want to be , he just gives them wings and shows them the skies and there in lies the greatness of his character.
it is not as if the couriers were tricked into doing this job, they were willing to take the risks because they were handsomely paid and to add to it raghav took personal care about them. So it’s not that he’s heartless. And I don’t understand how Pallavin can be that naive to think that the tag Don is just a pet name and he’s an upright man! So goondagiri (I’m not saying this but I believe Pallavi said this before) is ok but this is not? So even here there are levels and restrictions as to what he can do and what he should not? I’m confused.
Hopefully this track shows us the real dynamics of their relationship . So far it’s only be superficial (in my opinion) Pallavi hasn’t even scratched the surface of what it means to be a Don’s wife. I’m hoping against hope that they do justice to this track and not treat it haphazardly with no rhyme or reason like the Mandy track.
In all this I want only one thing. I know Pallavi and Raghav will be at loggerheads but can Amma be Raghav’s Amma for once and stand by her son no matter what? We’ve seen how good of a MIL she is now it’s time to step up Amma and be a good mom for your son. My fingers are crossed for this to happen and I’ll be very disappointed if she sides with Pallavi.

Agreed Raghav ceases to be Raghav if he is going to turn into whatever it is the makers plan.If morally Raghav is responsible for causing Abhishek's death (all though the kid knew what it ensued) then Pallavi also had a hand in Devyani's death(Mandar killed her because of Pallavi only). This is a fact.Now, the relationship dynamics should involve Raghav & Pallavi both acknowledge each other's thought process & work from a place of acceptance. Initially they will be pitted against one another but later on it should be about acceptance. I doubt if the promo will play out exactly. Amma most likely will feel Raghav responsible for Abhishek's death.

Once again the makers have thrown open an emotionally sensitive theme, can they deliver without compromising on Raghav's core traits remains to be seen? I am not expecting much. The writers tend to leave too many open loops.

My fear is the same. I don’t want Amma to turn her back on Raghav again. I can even bear with Pallavi being against Raghav but for once can they show Amma stepping up and be a mom to Raghav? It’s high time.

From what I understand, Raghav from his experiences as a teen was determined to make it huge financially because of what his family underwent & the deceit by Krishna Rao which is tied to money only. He did achieve what he wanted & he regrets nothing. Also, up until now no one died because of his ways. Raghav has built an empire. With Abhishek's death No doubts he feels bad, he wanted to financially secure the boy's family too, but in his line of work its collateral damage only. Plus the boy knew the risks involved when he agreed to work for Raghav's business. Why must Raghav give up on something he has built from scratch? So Raghav is going to stick to his stand & Pallavi is going to undergo the emotion of guilt because someone died because of her husband's business. Plus her situation will get further aggravated because of Sunny, the police officer & of Jaya's stand too. Hence there will not be physical distancing but a huge emotional void between the two. It's also interesting to note if today's episode's hug is any indication that in future when & if Pallavi undergoes turmoil it will be Raghav's whose shoulder she needs. Raghav also requires Pallavi's anchoring case point today he witnessed his mother coming around & readily apologising to Pallavi for her misplaced anger.

In conclusion both of course love & need/want each other but how they accept their ideological differences & keep their relationship rock steady will be a treat to watch, provided the track is written & excecuted well.

Mind you, this track will not work if Raghav gets whitewashed to become a saint & Pallavi overbearingly goes harping on principles etc. Raghav must not be shown weak or undergo a complete metamorphosis of his personality. Pallavi also needs to realise that to be materialistically successful & have a name in the business world, needs certain things to be done (I am not justifying anybody's death here). Examples of how she dealt in her saree shop will not cut it. Of course, I do understand as a wife she might be worried what if something happens to Raghav itself due to the way he conducts his business? Raghav comes from a place of witnessing death as an impressionable teen, he is bound to be ruthless.This is the fine line the makers have to walk.

My take on the direction this track could take based on today's episode.

Yeah I understand what u mean. The problem was they had shown him as evading customs and not paying duty or bribing officers but now it seems they are showing him as stealing. Anyway that part is confusing to me.

I think that is his anxiety attack. Remember he got them initially when he had wronged pallavi and she came and calmed him down so maybe Thats what that is. He might be getting more of them since she is distanced from him and he feels he is losing her and the only way he is calming down is by meds

Yes you summed it up perfectly. That’s what I was getting at. The whole evading tax and customs is not a crime but now due to that it has become dangerous especially when they have to run from police etc. Before they didnt as the commissioner was a friend of Raghav’s so everything went ok without issues. Now he is answerable for his actions.

Yeah why would she shoot in public first of all with civilians all around. Pallavi was close by and could have been shot and whether it was her or someone else. Anyone could have been shot. Makes no sense

It really is quite a loaded and sensitive topic at the moment. With all the bts thrown in as well we have been all over the place but the gist of it is someone died while doing an illegal job for Raghav and he is responsible for that whether that kid chose to do it on his own knowing the risks or not. He died and he died in front of Raghav’s wife who i hope they show has been traumatized atleast for a few days so that Raghav sees how this has affected the person he loves. If she just gets up and goes about her business then it wouldnt be realistic at all.

Having said that i dont want raghav to become seeda saada either. That would not be Raghav Rao then but there has to be a middle ground. What that will be is what im hoping the creative writers spend time coming up with. Something insightful so both characters stay true to themselves and compromise.

That argument that amma was having with aai in bts might have something to do with that. Pallavi is in brown sari which is same sari that she finds the diamonds and also when sunny tells her about abhishek working for raghav.
