I actually would like it better if she didn't support him because then it would open the way to a real reconciliation between that we never got. It's all fine to side with your son when things are good but can you accept him for what he is? Can Amma really love him with his faults? More importantly, can she finally acknowledge her own role in him becoming the Raghav Rao he is today after she abandoned her young soon in his formative years where he had to fend for himself? Saying sorry and asking for forgiveness - she's done that already. But can she now act as the Amma that he needs and deserves?

I suspect her walking away from him (emotionally) is what may have driven him to edge and the Pallavi-Amma scene at the dining table made me wonder if they'd team up against him and basically have Amma treat him as though he were the vilest person in the world. I also think the whole 'kaise mujhe tum mil gayi' feeling would resurface as he questions his self-worth, having achieved all this material success but losing it all because the three women in his life have deserted him emotionally and make him feel all that loneliness again. It would be a pleasant surprise if Keerti were to be the one to understand him in all this and find a way to show him support. I doubt they will go down this path but it would be a great way to start her redemption track.

I think she will be with him but not support him in what has already transpired. I mean she will be there but tell him she agrees with what pallavi is saying etc which will make him think she is not on his side. But they both are on his side, they just wont accept that his business is based on criminal activity which caused someone’s death. They want him to accept and change and that is where the clash will happen. He will lose them both as amma and pallavi have same ideologies and that will alienate raghav which is where i think he will have his anxieties and mental breakdowns

Somehow I don't want him to change because of them alienating him. I'd want him to change when he himself feels he wants to because of the dangers involved, rather than to appease Amma and Pallavi.

From what I understand, Raghav from his experiences as a teen was determined to make it huge financially because of what his family underwent & the deceit by Krishna Rao which is tied to money only. He did achieve what he wanted & he regrets nothing. Also, up until now no one died because of his ways. Raghav has built an empire. With Abhishek's death No doubts he feels bad, he wanted to financially secure the boy's family too, but in his line of work its collateral damage only. Plus the boy knew the risks involved when he agreed to work for Raghav's business. Why must Raghav give up on something he has built from scratch? So Raghav is going to stick to his stand & Pallavi is going to undergo the emotion of guilt because someone died because of her husband's business. Plus her situation will get further aggravated because of Sunny, the police officer & of Jaya's stand too. Hence there will not be physical distancing but a huge emotional void between the two. It's also interesting to note if today's episode's hug is any indication that in future when & if Pallavi undergoes turmoil it will be Raghav's whose shoulder she needs. Raghav also requires Pallavi's anchoring case point today he witnessed his mother coming around & readily apologising to Pallavi for her misplaced anger.

In conclusion both of course love & need/want each other but how they accept their ideological differences & keep their relationship rock steady will be a treat to watch, provided the track is written & excecuted well.

Mind you, this track will not work if Raghav gets whitewashed to become a saint & Pallavi overbearingly goes harping on principles etc. Raghav must not be shown weak or undergo a complete metamorphosis of his personality. Pallavi also needs to realise that to be materialistically successful & have a name in the business world, needs certain things to be done (I am not justifying anybody's death here). Examples of how she dealt in her saree shop will not cut it. Of course, I do understand as a wife she might be worried what if something happens to Raghav itself due to the way he conducts his business? Raghav comes from a place of witnessing death as an impressionable teen, he is bound to be ruthless. This is the fine line the makers have to walk.

My take on the direction this track could take based on today's episode.

Agreed!!!

Raghav is the way he is bcz of a difficult upbringing and hving faced the harshness and treachery of the real world at a very young age. He might hv used wrong ways here and there but he has built this empire wid his own sweat and blood and has made a name and reputation for himself. He never claimed to be a saint who has done no wrong. But then also if I remember correctly before this Abhishek no one has lost their lives bcz of him . Bcz when Pallavi had gone missing in the initial episodes he had said he didnt want anymore innocent blood on his hands. I dont think there is any reason for him to give up everything he built from scratch to repent .

Ofcourse one is supposed to feel guilty and when in guilt you try to overcompensate and so now Raghav doesnt care for the money or diamonds while thinking of Abhishek's family. Though I do feel he might need to change certain aspects of his business , now that he is well established nd has enough money to do it in a better way . That is how they can probably establish some middle ground.

I also understand Pallavi's take. Probably I would hv had the same reaction ( minus the OTT dialogues). Being the person Pallavi is and the ideologies she has grown up with , this would come as a shock. The guilt gets overpowering when you hold yourself even minutely responsible for someone losing their life.

The clash of their ideologies will be a treat to watch if handled well. They really need good dialogue writers if they want to make it impactful. Pallavi's dialogues needs to show her stand but should not go on becoming overly preachy. Same goes for Raghav .....Raghav needs to change but widout changing who he is completely. A saint RR will not work wid the audience.

BINGO! Loved this. Yes totally. They both need to come to middle ground. Raghav can change some ways like not fully evade customs but pay some of it. I was under the impression he paid off people to let his diamonds get thru but now it seems like they are showing that he totally evades customs and gets people to bring them in without paying anything. A bit confusing but challo itv mei hota hai

They definitely will need some creative writers to bring this track to par and to keep the audience interested. Lots of communication and compromises. We dont want a seeda saada raghav. His grey shades are what we like about him so balancing that with seedi saadi pallavi and her honest values etc is what we want to see.

Writers modify everything according to their whims and fancies😆. Anything to suit the plot they are plotting😛

Even I was under the impressions Raghav bribed people to get his work done. Remember he had got dt govt agent a private tour of temple to get his favours. But abhi they are showing it differently. They are trying to show him as a smuggler to prove Sunny smart !

Totally. Dono seedhe saadhe ho jaenge toh point hi kya rahega show ka.

I would like to make a couple of points with regards to yesterday’s episode:

This track has the potential to delve into the Mother - son relationship. When they had the reconciliation between them , Jaya agreed that she should have been there for him instead of moving away from him. So she realized that no matter what the child does wrong it is the parents responsibility to correct the child and bring them on the right track . Be there for them no matter what. To a mother all her kids are equal and she will not side with one kid just because the other one is wrong or guilty of doing some this wrong. I think Jaya will be there with Raghav no matter what and be that mother that she wanted to be. She will guide him and let him know her point of view but not leave him to deal with it by himself . If they show her leaving his side then the reconciliation between them and a mother’s character will fail.

Secondly, most importantly dynamics of a couple . This is a very sensitive topic in today’s modern world where we hear that couples break up and go for divorces just because they don’t see eye to eye on things. Instead of working their differences and meeting in the middle they go for breakup.. when two people with different ideals get married there is bound to be some give and take and how they go about showing that would be interesting. Because the solution to this is not where Raghav absolutely does a 180 deg turn and changes a new leaf which doesn’t happen in reality and even if he does when somebody has to change themselves to keep a relationship alive, is it fair to that person ? Will they be happy? Because he is not going to be the same person anymore and to let go of your hard work and see it brought to dust just because your ideals don’t match would be illogical and would be something very difficult for everyone not just Raghav Rao. It is difficult from Pallavi’s side as well , as she is worried about her husband’s safety and also guilt of a person dying doing work for him although his death was not Raghav’s fault . Pallavi will have to find a way to express her concerns and not just hold high morals but learn to tweak morals. So , it will be interesting to see how they plan on ending this track.

Hope they have a crisp clean writing and not end by showing us a changed Raghav with high morals and ethics.

Ok so im not the only one who thought that he was bribing rather than evading. I thought maybe I misunderstood it

Beautifully put. Both from the mother & son angle and the couple angle. Yes, their journey to reach a middle ground will be most interesting because it's already established that that they are crazily in love. Their relationship should emerge stronger.

Your concluding last line is what worries me the most, because I see a high probability of it playing out. But then if RR becomes something else the USP of the show gets hit. Hopefully the makers won't risk this!!

If they show Raghav Rao as the same smart, ruthless and savvy businessman but only becoming law abiding then I am good with it. You can be a successful but law abiding businessman . Change is inevitable in one’s journey of life and we should embrace it and not resist it . if it’s for the good especially if you have a family that loves you like Raghav does . A mother, a wife and a questionable sister’s love 😊

if they show Pallavi’s rude awakening to this world which she sees thru her idealistic mind that would be her journey where she realizes that there is no perfect white world but grey do exist and you have to learn bend or tweak the moral compass.

Lots of potential . Let’s wait and watch how it pans out .
