Why Mahendra Sood only insults Priya??????

Well there has been many instances of Mahendra Sood had screamed at Priya and that too without any reason and they mostly include insults regarding her age and unmarried status, her moofat attitude, her not being pretty. Sometimes he even lurks around the corner just to insult Priya but I have two very important question regarding this.

1. Why he only targets Priya with his insults????

Why do u think he only insults her so much and not even his wife.

2. Why the other sisters are not so bitter about their father leaving them as it seem to have altered Priya's life completely but not so much the other sisters??? After all Mahendra sood gas abandoned all 5 of them.

I know this track is compared with ZGH track but apart from being OTT, in ZGH the father's target wasn't just used to be Kashaf.

Please let me know ur thoughts regarding this.

Because Priya is the only one who stands up against him. The only one who calls spade a spade .

Her mother so easily accepting the second marriage , would have only boosted his male ego. None of the other sisters raise voice against him.

Since Priya hurts his ego, by rightfully pointing out to his misdeeds he retaliates not with logical arguments but by body shamming her

I think the main reason being that Priya is the only one who is able to stand up to him and not anybody else. She is the one who ends up fighting up with that man for their rights whether it was the EMI issue or interfering in Akshay's career.

May be because she is only one whose sensible enough in the family...

But I really wonder... How can a father be like this?

Because all others don't stand up to him or rebel against the nonsense he speaks like Priya does..Only Priya answers him back, questions him and does not take his taunts lying down...So I think that is why he targets Priya because being the kind of man he is, he does not expect anyone to back talk or go against him..
