The kind of narrative they are setting here for the audience is that since Shahzaib is guilty for whatever has happened, And now its on Isra to forgive him. So their reunion all depends on her. Thats why their caption today is should isra forgive Shahzaib or something of that sort. They are pushing the audience to just think till there so that we are Manipulated into thinking that koi nai Isra loves him at the end of the day and will forgive him. And yeah they are showing some feelers that shahzaib might do something with himself, but at the same time they think we all will think only till the extent that isra saves him last minute by forgiving him and they re unite.

So thats when the the ending that we are predicting will come with a bang. It will have a big big impact. Cuz no one is thinking along those lines. When everyone remains shocked, their goal will be achieved.
