All this will go waste if she doesn't defend herself when scum fateh tries to character assassinate her. It's enough, she has done so much for everyone now she should think about herself.

Why think about the family of the man who betrayed her? In fact, she should forsake the Snadhus as well, they're equally pathetic. Don't forget how they forcefully married her off with all that emotional drama only to shelter Jasmine later.

Tejo's innate goodness has been exploited by every single one of them, she needs to give fateh a slap and get out of the house.

cheating is also a crime in india... so looks like there would be a long time of chakki peesing for these two 😆

You've got it all wrong. In fact, it will be illogical to criminalise cheating on your spouse in india, in fact it doesn't align with the values of the constitution.

Cheating of course is very hurtful to the spouse and the family but it can't be considered a criminal offence. But yes in case, the said spouse ends or attempts to end their life over the cheating, a case can be made against the cheater as abatement iirc

The moral and ethical reasons behind why it was a law is not my point. My point was the fact that for a very long time cheating on a spouse was considered illegal and was covered under IPC. It was a 'criminal act' and one could be prosecuted for it.

Whether the law is logical or illogical is different debate all together

Oh thanks for the information, I didn't know it was criminalised before.

Jasmin and Fateh had done no crime.

Really? The law states otherwise. Extramarital affairs are illegal. Kaun se planet par rehte ho aap? Never mind... Ye donon Punjab mein rehte hain, and that's in India. It's a crime alright.

Well that section removed as language of that section degraded towards women and empower husband of cheater who is cheating with other man to file a case against that man. So adultery law was useless but it needs to be added by amending whole section as Adultery killa the person without doing muder.

Section declared unconstitutional already. You can file divorce only on that ground

In which planet do you live in? Adultery is no more considered a criminal offence, and even when it was, women didn't have the right to file a complaint.
