8 PM is the strongest competition as the 3 main channels have their one of the biggest show at the same time.

So instead of spoiling of stories I am more worried about trps.

But it is Ekta show and uske show ko trps aa he jaati hain.

Even I am interested in seeing what kind of trps this show will get. It was promoted very very well and is still being promoted a lot. Also the 1st week was good enough to have gathered eyeballs. This being second season of am extremely popular show of not a long time back means that people who followed the first season maybe interested in seeing what ekta has come up with now. Plus, Nakuul is already quite a well known face on TV, and quite a few people may remember Disha as Pankhuri too. So, all these factors combined, the show should do good trp wise even if it's Sony which is like the most thakela GEC .😆

But I am curious to see how it does.

My question regarding TRP is that due to the changing covid times and predominance of OTT, do you think that if people watch in Sony liv that will also hugely contribute to the show's success becoz I feel many people will catch this show on sonu liv or watch live through sony liv??

Another thing is that yes ek has rebooted another of her cult shows but I think 10 years gap of BALH1 is enough to remake this show. I watched the 1st season and liked it but I don't remember each and every thing from the show and its alright the show to be remade with new star cast due to changing times.

Problem is trp audience doesn't watches things online.

TRP system is very stupid and nonsense.

But if we watch the show on Sony Liv it will contribute to the online trp.

So even if a show doesn't does well on tv can shift to online and standard of the show increases.

But yeh baad ki baat hain.

In family we have watched BALH1 and PKDH

My mumma really liked Nakuul and Disha as Adi and Pankhuri but she isn't comfortable to see them wearing the shoes of Ram and Priya.

So that is the problem.

Anyways atleast after 2 weeks we will know we will see a good story, if TRP is good if it doesn't get then story ki baj sakti hain.

But I will be positive as online bohot bashing mili hain Ekta ko for new star cast. So she will be extra careful with the show.

Thank you for ur clarification. I meant the online watching as a way to increase the viewership of the show across board which can contribute to the success of the show but that being said Ekta is a big producer, Sony will not mess with her like they do with other shows and production houses.

I understand the dilemma of the viewers whether them who are hardcore fan of season 1 or Aditya and pankhudi fans but now I think proper execution of the show and good storyline can bring more eyeballs to this show.

Trp system is tricky. We can't predict anything about what will happen.. but yes, one thing is for sure.. if the show is good, it will find viewers..no matter what. Chaahe wo online ho ya offline. Audience will give it the due success. 👍🏼

TRP Audience taste has gone down the drain in last 10yrs.

Earlier TV content was better than what is served now.

Many good shows doesn't do well in charts, and to save the show and be in trp race, changes r made and it spoils the story.

@Bold: Yes bcoz BALH is Ram and Sakshi's most importantly it was about middle aged couple and these people doesn't look like one.

Well.. I am not only talking about trp audience.. even if it doesn't do well on TV, it has chances of doing very well online.. if the show is well made.. and that will also count as success .

I agree the quality of shows has gone down drastically in last 10 years.. I haven't watched a single show in the last 3 years.. and even now I wouldn't watch if not for NaSha in BALH2.

I don't know what good shows are being aired nowadays..but if they are genuinely good and still don't get trp..then that's sad. Like I said, trp system is tricky (atleast to me 😆)
