Maybe this is their version of 'Strong' FL🤦♀️ who thinks living with a killer and psychopath is adventurous and remains unaffected by sexual harassment Some strength she has because it took me years to come out of a groping incident and I still get nightmares. I developed an aversion to entire Male species and would flinch at even my father's touch.
I am more appalled at people's double standards in this forum. They don't have any issues with her FL using her body to attract a young man? Raghav looks uncomfortable everytime Sulochana so much looks at him but Pallavi was quite enjoying the attention by that boy. 🤔 Where's the outrage?
Yeah well somehow objectification of women seems to be accepted if it's to serve a bigger purpose but Swapnil is unpalatable (even if he's fully clothed to the point of covering his face). Also shirtless Raghav bothers some people.
I guess people have different expectations on standards when it comes to such things.
Regarding harassment, there was a slew of posts defending her saying she froze on the spot and couldn't react because that's how some people respond to such situations, while others choose fight or flight. I think that's a totally fair assessment of Pallavi's situation. The fact that she seems normal afterwards might even be understandable if it means showing that she is feeling more secure because of Raghav's presence. But the writers not addressing the perpetrator's actions or Pallavi expressing her feelings was a miss on their part. There are loads of women (and men) who must have been triggered by the pleat scene so having a proper closure to that would be important. I don't expect RaghVi will do anything to Mandaar beyond trying to punish him for hurting Ayi. He did a lot of bad things to both of them, physically and mentally harassing Pallavi and Raghav both. Those aren't things to be taken lightly.
