I know and I love her to bits for that. It means the world to me that she chose to be a survivor instead of a victim when life threw a hurdle at her. I tend to hide my pain behind my sarcasm and humour but it damaged her beyond repair but still she is independent and lives her life according to her wish and gave me the strength to be kickass and outspoken and feisty sassy all that I am today. It was because of her that I took up martial arts and soccer and channelized my depression and anger issues that had lead me too suffer from epileptic seizures because of abuse as a kid.

Same with me, he was a narcissist and wore a mask socially speaking, so double faced, had an inferiority complex and i was sure he cheated if not physically definitely emotionally. That was the last nail in the coffin but it took me 11 long years before I walked out.
