Exactly like I said earlier it's 1930s, not 2000s where this knowledge was easily accessible. Even in SSPs other show, Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, they showcased sex education as well. It was set in the 90s and they beautifully explained how since there was no internet and the big taboo surrounding the topic, girls hardly knew about all these things. And here toh the setting is 1930s, way earlier. Even in Western countries it used to be a HUGE taboo back then.
