Exactly like I said earlier it's 1930s, not 2000s where this knowledge was easily accessible. Even in SSPs other show, Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, they showcased sex education as well. It was set in the 90s and they beautifully explained how since there was no internet and the big taboo surrounding the topic, girls hardly knew about all these things. And here toh the setting is 1930s, way earlier. Even in Western countries it used to be a HUGE taboo back then.

In a pre-leap scene Ani tells Saurav that sex-ed should be taught in school, means Ani did not learn it in school... Usne alag se hi padha hai... From that book among others...

I have been so busy praising it that I haven't had a chance to watch it properly again. I need to analyze every expression every moment. Each small nuance is perfect like you said. Watch it carefully, it's such a good episode... everything in each scene is TOP notch.

I haven't completed the episode yet because I'm rewinding after each scene to watch it again and again to look at every little detail ☺️ Mere gaal toh kal tak laal hi rahenge after watching all this.

Very good point. It was definitely not taught in schools back then, and especially when studying a topic like law. And to girls definitely not. Even now I hear they skip the whole sex ed topic in classes.

I will! I'm even more excited to watch this episode the 2nd, 3rd, 4th times around. My cheeks are still burning from the first watch. ☺️

I hope they do plan one, and I'll try to update you if I'm not sleeping (which is usually what happens when these things become planned 😆)
