Hi Reem, you'll find the promo here. Turns out the girl in the promo wasn't Shivangi after all (which is what I thought too)

It seems the portal mixed up names, they actually wanted to refer to another Shivangi.

The girl in promo is definitely our shivi. There's a video u can clearly see her lips and nose and fingers.

I thought the eyes weren't quite like hers which is what got me confused. But yep could be Shivi.

Yes I noticed the eyes but it could be lenses... For a second I even thought it were her real eyes.... The focus wasn't there so can't be sure abt the eye.
