I didnt get the point. So not saying and enabling is way to go??? In many cases it would have also scared of a guy and he wouldnt hv responded. So inaction against persecution doesnt help anyone.

Raghav childish tha ( he was just teasing his wife and nothing wrong in that and it all happens before M creepiness ) ya aggressive tha doesnot matter he will learn ..he was also not aware of Mandars creepiness .. now he knows .. he will be careful !!
