yeah his father and brother will not return for sure… that’s the base of his story…plus they were killed in front of his eyes… krishna rao angle will come for sure…I think in flashbacks, even we have a face to put to krishna rao unlike devyani who was just mentioned in passing..

one thing is meddling my mind. Krishna Rao would be old now. He would give tough competition to Raghav in mind games but for physical fights with raghav someone younger and at par with Sai is required

So what do you think there would be new characters as krishna rao minion or someone from the present cast could be used for physical duels with raghav

He is going to decode everything as Mandar is on his radar.

Let's go back to Siddesh Sawant. Pallavi calls him Dada, are they biologically related or he is just a guardian. If she was brought up by the Sawants, why this insane obligation towards Ayi and Baba? Pallavi acts as if she has no blood relatives whatsoever.

Another aspect which is not covered is whether Pallavi inherits some obscene amount of wealth after getting married. Then it makes sense for Mandhar to stalk Pallavi. Perhaps Ved also knew his intentions.

Mandhar is a psychopath, that's for sure but he isn't doing anything for pyar.

for that I think Sunny’s back story hasn’t been revealed… his parents are divorced and he claims to be estranged with them but he was shown speaking to his mother on phone… so I guess its sunny who has a connection with Krishna Rao…he may be half telugu half punjabi… plus Krishna rao was a con artist and sunny too so that is something they have in common and seems like a genetic defect.. so for now my bet is on Sunny..

Ved is omnipresent in the show even when he isn't seen in the scenes. So yeah they could bring Ankit back.

Ved has rivalry with raghav only because he sent him to jail for drugs otherwise there is no bone of contention between them explored in the show. They could still be friends.

All mystery can be solved at once if we get to know How ved knows mandar and his aayi

Siddhesh has been called Pallavi's sakkhā brother, so they have the same parents until the creative team decides to change the backstory. Pallavi called herself "middle-class, average-looking" at her wedding reception, but maybe her idea of middle class is as superlative as her idea of average looks.

so what we know so far about him…

short version-

he is 30 years old.. had an oppressive childhood courtesy to VD …he became enamored with Pallavi at some point.. stalked her, beaten every guy who tried to be around her… got his marriage fixed to Pallavi … they had normal courtship (over video calls and chats) … at some point Devyani got to know about his stalking rendezvous and tried to warn pallavi and got herself killed..

now since in show they did not elaborate let me try and reconstruct the scenario…

Mandar used to handle DSE and travel for the work .. so either Pallavi came for a college trip or something to hyderabad or he went kolhapur for some work and spotted Pallavi… immediately mesmerized by her beauty ( I so wish there were flashbacks.. I would love to see Pallavi in normal suits apart from sarees ) … started following her around.. gathered as much data about her as possible. came to know she was an orphan and crave for a family … meanwhile if he found any guy even talking about her , beat him up … one such fight might have been witnessed by Devyani…but she did not know who he was… then Mandar asked Aai to get his and Pallavi match fixed… aai agreed but on one condition that he will not meet her before marriage ( or he thought of pretending to be a good family guy to gain her favor)

their match has been proposed.. and they started talking the match hasn’t fixed or may be she said yes…At this point Devyani may have been out of station so when she came back and Pallavi showed her pictures of Mandar … she immediately got a flashback of the fight and thought of confronting the guy and clearing her doubt before destroying her friend’s fairyland…she called him up (or went with her family to hyderabad for some pre wedding ceremony)… asked him to meet her alone … when he came to meet her.. she confronted him and threatened him that she will not let her friend marry a devil like him and in a fit of anger he killed her… covered his tracks and went away.. the news of her bf demise broke her and she was very down.. using this Mandar might have tried to behave very supporting and somehow convinced her to get married asap so that she can have a change of the place that reminds her of her best friend..she being emotionally weak agreed plus She anyways grew fond of Aai… thus the wedding was rushed even before they got to know each other…

now coming to the post wedding events…

• he left her on the wedding night

why? he was so obsessed … did he really left to get bangles or for something else? or may be he pushed devyani off some cliff and got to know that she was alive … so went to finish the unfinished business or may be he is an accomplice of ved and went to help him in absconding…

I think he got a call that Devyani’s death is being investigated so he had to rush or i think ved called him so that they could get Raghav’s diamonds that were coming in since raghav, mandhar and ved were all in the same area as well as sunny/keerti. Although i doubt sunny and keerti had anything to do with them. I think mandhar worked with or for ved

• he got into an accident… admitted in a hospital by Raghav and was stable when left by Raghav…disappeared in morning…Raghav was lied to by the doctors

why? did he bribe the doctors to lie do that he can go and finish off devyani..or someone took him…

I think ved bribed the docs and took mandhar away. Paid dr ramya to take him. She might not even be a real doc who knows. They had to hide him due to devyani death investigation maybe or drug investigation etc. Something along those lines.

• he was found fallen from a great height and lost his memory remembering nothing but a name “Pallavi”

Maybe but I think thats a story they made up. He might have lost his memory which probably worked in their favor regarding drug bust or devyani death etc. When he saw pallavi he remembered his obsession and ved in turn found out who pallavi is so decided to use it to his advantage and send mandhar back to the living.

why? did while finishing off devyani he too fall ? in that case where is devyani? why her dead body wasn’t mentioned? or someone who took him from the hospital … drove all the way so far and threw him…

I tried to make sense of whatever information has been provided to us in the show? I am interested to see how writers will tie all loopholes and provide a concrete past of him…

There are a lot of loopholes but one thing is for sure, i definitely think ved is involved somehow. He knew mandhar before but didnt know who pallavi was until he saw her with sharda and wondered about it. Then sunny told him about this whole mandhar/pallavi/raghav triangle. Now i think mandhar might have maybe tried to run from cops for drug bust and fell and cops thought he was dead but it was someone else and so they brought that body to the family. Mandhar escaped and found by dr ramya maybe. Stayed with her until ved saw sharda and pallavi and mentioned mandhar and so on, he might have found him or already knew where he was and sent mandhar back.

quite possible because Ved is no where to be found nowadays so may be his re-entry will add more into the revelations… lets see how everything pans out… so far mandar himself is a bigger mystery… what is the truth … what is the lie… there’s simply no way of knowing…

Three more points to make it all more confusing:

1. After Raghav unfairly gave Pallavi the prize in the saree competition, Sharada reminded Vijay that when Mandar was ten years old, he was sad that he didn't win a drawing competition, so Vijay got him a fake trophy.

2. April 15 episode: Vijay regretted answering the land line telephone on Mandar's wedding night; Vijay regretted sending Mandar out to deal with an emergency.

3. To make the point that anyone other than Pallavi could do more to restore Mandar's memory, Sharada said that Mandar "pāñcavī meṃ thā" when Sulochana joined the family. This would make Mandar at least 10-11 years older than Manasi, who is older than Nikhil. It must be a mistake.
