Check out Ansh's (Som's) story. I think this pretty much confirms ke shashwati ki shaadi is happening with the knowledge of the RC's otherwise why would Som be dressed up.

Honestly, in the show, No one other than Anirudh thought CM was wrong, this includes Bondita too. She initially did not see anything wrong with getting married off, she only understood how wrong it was due to Anirudh.
She used to also go along with all the norms they had, she would only question certain things but would eventually agree if her mom or TRC forced it upon her. It was only Ani who encouraged her to seek the answers for her questions.
Sampoo bhi same hi hai... She doesn't consider CM wrong, she never protested for Bondita's wedding and neither did she feel to was wrong when she got married off to Anirudh. The only time she felt bad was when she found out the actual groom for Bon was that old man.
So, if we go by the general census, most of these people don't find anything wrong with any of it. The only odd ones out are Anirudh and Bondita.
