Why can't Kinjal help Rakhi with the family business?

Like she is the legal Heiress, and her parents want her to carry forward the family business then why does she keep refusing?

Normally in a family its the son who is expected to succeed their parents but here being a daughter she is given that opportunity to lead a large organisation but she is walking away from that just because her in laws have a problem with it. How nice.

Because she has no willingness to join her family business.

My one of distant relative sister is the same. She is only daughter and parents has huge business empire. She did her education from London university , did a job there and now married to her love of life in mumbai and again doing job in the MNC. It’s her nature and choice.

Parents tried their best to convince her since they have no other child and of course every parents wishes their only child join their business but now they have accepted the fact that their daughter will never join them so they approached their son in law . Son in law found potential in the business and joined them in the business. He is doing really well in the business.

True ! Still my cousin will never going to understand the things. She is damn stubborn for her choices and years back she had made her mind to not to join family business.

Her husband is also highly qualified and managing well the business so everyone is happy and satisfied now.
