Ideal body type (Pick your favourite)

The percentages mentioned are body fat percentage. Which ones do you like if you had to pick one?

Between 10-20 (landing anywhere is fine)

10-12% is ideal but I like 15% as well.

6 pack abs are passé... one pack beer belly 25% onwards...

Ideal is 20% par milta to 40% wala hi hai. Ya fir 40% wala bante der nahi lagti.
