Episode begins with Kinjal meeting Dholakia at his office and apologising for MU him and requesting him to reinstate her , give her job back . Dholakia agrees and reminds her that she should be able to work long hours , work over time late nights , work all nights and inform Family members about the same . She will need to attend parties with him and also accompany him out of station for various visits .

Kinjal agrees and then thanks him . Unknown to Dholakia all this is being shown life on mobile network to millions . As Dholakia demands undue favours the rest of the Shah family walks in with live video recorders on . Anupama gives the voice over that molestors and not only street side romeos ones but high society, decent looking well dressed office holders too , just like a Dholakia who make the female workers suffer sexual harassment at work place . Seeing Kinjal speak up many other girls informs about the various sexual advances Dholakia made towards them… like working overnight it’s Dholakia, accompanying him to out station visits , grabbing hands, double meaning remarks etc etc . Refusing resulted in their promotions getting affected .
Anupama shames Dholakia for treating his female employees at office in this disgusting manner . all viewers on the net support Kinjal and accuse Dholakia .
As Dholakia tries to get aggressive , Anupama gives him one tight slap . Kavya arrives and bashes Dholakia for treating her daughter in this disgusting manner and warns him of dire consequences . Vanraj prevents Dholakia from having Kinjal . Dholakia gets much defamation on the net .
