But I cannot totally fault them too- on the one hand they have to appease the TRP audience and on the lther hand the ShiVi romance mongers.

Sorry to sound judgemental- but both these categories do not really care much for story progression or subtlety. TRP audience wants drama- so have GauRa overreact and beat up the boys, where earlier they would be level headed and share meaningful glances, or Suman would do something completely idiotic like jump in a well.

And the ShiVi phankas- well they would also like conversations and introspections I think, but they also want the heavy dose of romance. Emotional growth be damned. A lot of them would just like all the fights to be over and the romance to start 🤷‍♀️ Arre don't the characters need to grow. They would rather have emotionally proficient romance ready characters. 😳

What about fans like me who want to watch a wholesome positive/logical family story, Think I don’t have a place in ITV at all. ShiVi’s romance or GauRa’s screaming/overreaction is not the only thing I am looking for. I am looking for progress and growth in all the characters😕

Avi, fantastic analysis which turned into frustration just in the first 5 mins. I would love to read your analysis for the rest of the episode if you have time to write.

Life is stressful as it is- don't feel like stressing out for a show 🤣 Atleast earlier with the illogical drama the episodes were light hearted or the trolling was fun. Now I just get angry at non existent characters 😆

I love the FF here though, so will lurk around the stories- especially a few FF I have been following.

I agree with you.. a break might be needed! 😆

Do visit the forum though, and the rest of the threads, maybe excluding the EDT and this one 😆

Sadly, there seems to be no place for that here Prema.. we have to go back to the OG for that, or stick to FFs 😆

Atleast that is the realization I got. I am a little apprehensive- are they going to make Anita a third angle 🤢 Make her pregnant with Gautam? Will Krish's next major storyline be him falling in love and causing more drama? Rishitha will have drama with her parents and Motiben 😕

I don't know, I kind of missed the simpleness of the OG- not everyone was out to pull down wvery character of the family. For example, before the KM misunderstanding, they showed Kathir having nice school friends. It was all so balanced- there were people who hated, but also people who liked him.

Here everyone kind of congregates at one time to make the characters miserable- Dhara, Shiva, Raavi. It's like the universe decides- ok this week I will completely ruin this character's hapiness- no ups and downs. All completely down.

It is making me very restless and cynical- I used to joke that PS is too feel goody to deal with complex issues- now I feel it is horribly negative and showing issues in a very drastic light 😕 Even the ShiVi need'nt have been so bad- with literally every single person in Somnath flinging mud at them 😐

I never left the OG, still watching to this date, But this version is too negative for me, won’t hesitate to leave. If they don’t turn things around by end of August, I am soon going to make my decision to watch or leave it.

But Dev and Rishitha are full of themselves 😒 They need not do something to help the situation- but they both should definitely learn to Shut Up. They are directly or indirectly responsible for this mess.

Dude, she had a factor in uppending his life. Of course he made a concious choice but he would not have had to make the choice if Dev had not been so cowardly in the first place
