Dekhoo according to my sighting Keerti didi ke hote hue Pallu cannot at any cost directly enter the D mansion since even Raghav doubts his sister now.

Toh pakka yeh kisi type ka roleplay hai that she'll be doing. Maybe a new household worker or something and it is not important that it's a bandage could be some sort of headband.
