Shiva was never right in my opinion for a long time .for his doings . Raavi's one slap doesn't quite match the level of nonsense Shiva has done . That's not violence that's called giving it back . For Someone's wrong. If it was in my hand . I too would have slapped such a jerk.

Because all said n done this is a show. Utaar chadaav chalta rahega. Many opinions will keep clashing. U wont understand many point of views here and many won’t understand yours. Because u have seen an aspect of this up close but many here have seen some other aspects up close and can relate to them more. So let it be like that it self.

End point ye hai ki you matter more. Despite any point of view u or I hold. We all will still come in each other’s hissa here and care for each other🖤

So let’s hope to a redemption track and lets hope they do away with this toxicity. Lets hope that they give us a ShiVi we deserve🖤🖤🌸🌸🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🤣

@bold - that’s the last thing I want😕 She is the sole reason for all this calamity in their lives. Makers have ruined Dhara for me post leap. I used to root for her for her sacrifices and the abuse she took from Suman, waiting to see a change happen in her life post leap, oh boy! Instead they ruined her so much.

I have a feeling it will come into play in future scenes.IIt was too much to digest for now, and seeing how he reacted when he entered the house, plus the way he pushed her on the saavan festivities, it seemed easier to believe what Raavi said without hearing his pov. But once they sleep over it, and talk to him with cool minds, it maybe shown.

The moment you lay your hand on someone, it is assault period, it does not matter if you are provoked or not. This is the issue with society the fact that mental abuse is not taken seriously as physical abuse, since it is subtle and leaves no evidence.

Let me tell you the reason why I left the police force, it was a false molestation case, It was my 4th case as a detective. I started to look for evidence with my partner, around that time we had a male rape case (female professor raped a male student). We spent nearly 2 months on the molestation case and the other 2 in our team focused on the rape. Long story short, the girl was lying. Since our attention was divided with this case, the rape case was falling apart because male student was almost twice the size/height of the professor and nobody believed his story. By the time we find the evidence to nail the 🤬 the student committed suicide. We were late by 35 MINUTES. It was a huge blow to me and even though my boss tried to help me process it, I couldn't comprehend that everyone was ready to help with the molestation case but the rape case nobody was coming forward and many thought we were wasting our time. So since then something in me as changed immensely when it comes to male victims.

On a positive note -

1) We may get separate shivi scenes without family interference.

2)ac to the BTS there is a dhara shiva scene.maybe there is a slight chance that this would be one of the rare times when she talks sense.

3)even though I don't quite agree with Suman's punsihment, but atleast she held them both responsible.this gives me hope that raavi will also have some character growth.

@bold, I think it's a difference in opinion. From my understanding, today's episode has resonated with people in all different ways, which is why the opinions are so mixed. Perhaps people who voted red are the most vocal here on the EDT; however, if you see the poll ML posted on the main thread (Link here), you'll see that quite a few people loved it (57% voted Green for today's episode)

My dislike for today's episode entirely stems from the first half of the episode. The family's abrupt accusation for Shiva without hearing his side broke me. Before medical school, I worked with children, and hearing their stories of how their families didn't care for them broke me. So seeing this episode reminded me of all the conversations I had with children who were depressed... and honestly, after hearing a child say, "All I want is for my mother to hug me..." I can't help but pray for children who were abused, neglected, poorly treated... and this episode reminded me of that pain (hence why I am unable to move on from it)

Shiva has grown up in a family who has not properly appreciated him, besides Suman and Krish, unlike Raavi who was loved by Maami, Anita, and Mausa-Pa. I keep hoping for a scene where the Pandya family begins to cherish and respect Shiva, but I haven't seen it so far... maybe this will be the track where everyone respects him, but until that, I will reserve my judgement

This is making me sad and now he is in a marriage thinking the same noooo :/
